Cold Irons
Rachel Irons has a new exhibition entitled Cold Fell at Flatland Projects in Bexhill – an artist-led exhibition space, education and community programme. Cold Fell will be open to the public both Saturdays and Sundays 12-5pm from Sunday 17 July – Saturday 17 September 2022. www.flatlandprojects.com
His Restoration
Ruby Cox and Tom O’Brien feature in an exhibition in aid of the building restoration fund for the former United Reform Church better known as His Place. A cheese and wine evening with live music is on 22 July, 5-7pm.
The Robertson Street church is a Grade II listed Gothic Revival-style building dating from 1856. www.hisplacehastings.co.uk
Changing Light
The Electro Studios Project Space gallery has a new exhibition featuring the work of artist Nick Snelling. His paintings describe the changing light through the seasons and more recently involve some the man-made structures and coastal terrain. The open evening is Friday 22 July from 6 -9pm. The show continues at weekends 23/24 and 30/31 July.

Our next gig is in Hastings, at The Royal Standard, on Saturday on 23 July, sometime during the afternoon. Grant Match
Hastings Borough Council says its Arts & Cultural Development Match Funding Grant is open for applications

Virtually Hastings
Hastings Commons announces a Digital Arts Hub: XR22 – The Hastings Snapshot Project. It’s designed to create
a digital repository of the town and its community in 2022 as a digital, 3D mass-portrait of the town its culture and its people, using the latest emerging XR technologies including Virtual and Augmented Reality.
