Are Local NHS Services Improving?
A Freedom of Information request by the Hastings Independent reveals some statistical signs of improvement in local NHS health care.
Waiting times and the backlog are coming down. Patient to GP ratios are better, and the number of appointments for GPs has increased.
Ambulance waiting and handover times are generally better than last year. There are also fewer NHS vacancies. Although some targets are still being missed.

An honest response? I think it’s quite likely wait times are coming down because people have given up even *trying* to access healthcare.
