Cashew, Raw Cacao & Rose Bliss Balls
WHOLESOME KITCHEN BY HOLLY JOHNSON
These bliss balls are the ultimate healthy treat for all the family. They keep for up to 5 days and they are a breeze to make. The recipe can be tweaked to suit all tastes but the base is always the same.
You will need:
200g cashew nuts,
200g dates,
2 x tbsp raw cacao powder,
1 x tsp rose water,
2 x tbsp coconut nectar,
a little water
to loosen mixture.
Process ingredients until rough in texture, roll into 30g balls and sprinkle with chopped nuts or cacao powder. Chill for about an hour and serve. This healthy, nourishing and energising recipe is just delicious. I urge you to give it whirl!
