Sahib & Matta-Clark at De La Warr
PREM SAHIB

Chamber is a mid-career survey of work by British artist Prem Sahib, bringing together work spanning twenty years of one of the most distinctive practices in British art today.
Working across sculpture, installation and sound, Sahib explores the architecture of social and intimate spaces and the ways they shape experiences of community, desire, belonging and exclusion.
GORDON MATTA-CLARK
Discrete Violations is a focused retrospective exhibition of work by Gordon Matta-Clark (1943–1978), one of the most radical artists of the twentieth century, whose practice transformed the way we think about buildings, cities and the function of architecture. Bringing together drawings, photographs, films and archival material, the exhibition explores Matta-Clark’s experiments with buildings and urban space.
