India Blue, a St Leonards faerie-folk musician has launched a crowd-funder for her first album titled The Circus Came and Left.
Rock On
‘LIVE!’ is an exhibition at the Lucy Bell Gallery from the rock archive, showcasing some of the greatest ever live music photographs. Iconic shots of Jimi Hendrix, Sex Pistols, Oasis and Jimmy Page rocking it with Led Zeppelin from renowned photographers Jill Furmanovsky, Kevin Cummins, David Corio, Ray Stevenson, Ian Dickson and Michael Putland. 24th July to 18th September at 46 Norman Road St Leonards.
Big Question Photos
Photohastings has produced a summer show collaboration at the Stade Hall. Members’ work demonstrates a ‘dynamically diverse selection of photographic images’ including photographs of the land that ‘question our place in the environment and our influence upon it’. Among the AltPitch Arts and Technology online festival commissions is EDGELAND, a video series curated and produced by Ruby Colley. Focused on Bulverhythe’s seaside walkway, train depot and industrial estate, the people that live there, work there and pass through it.
