For the fourth year running, Hastings United FC have teamed up with the Kipling Children’s Ward, at the Conquest Hospital in Hastings, to bring some happiness and festive cheer to all the children that will be in hospital over the Christmas period.

The scheme was first run back in 2015, with senior management and first team players in attendance handing out presents to some very excited children. Again this year we will be making presentation and we need your help!

We are asking for gift donations of £5.00 or over in value, labelled for a boy or girl and the age range of the child. We have several drop off points both on a Matchday and a Non-Matchday.

Please get behind the scheme, make a difference and bring a smile to a child’s face this Christmas.

We hope you have enjoyed reading this article. The future of our volunteer led, non-profit publication would be far more secure with the aid of a small donation. You can also support local journalism by becoming a friend of HIP. It only takes a minute and we would be very grateful.
