I have read Propaganda Blitz and I congratulate your reviewer, Tim Barton (book review page 19), on his accurate description of its contents and general argument. The book and the review, may not appeal to those on the right of politics, though I think everyone can find much of interest, as the authors openly take a left theme. But anyone who believes in democracy should read this and then, once equipped, observe the ‘news’, written and broadcast, with new eyes. They could be in for a shock. None of the nationals have so far dared to touch this book (including the Guardian) possibly because it blows the lid on their handling of the news. Well done Hastings Independent.
