The Annual Hastings Week Poetry Competition, organised by Councillor James Bacon and the Mayor, Councillor Judy Rogers, will be going ahead once again. This year, the theme is ‘Hastings Memories’ and there are three categories: 1) Under 12 years, 2) 12-16 years, 3) Adults (16 years and above). You may only enter one poem.

To enter, all you need to do is write one poem based on the theme of ‘Hastings Memories’ and email to: [email protected] Don’t forget to include your full name, age and contact details with your entry. The deadline for entry is Sunday 20th October at 5pm and winners will be notified by the organisers with certificates and prizes presented. Poems may be used in publications supported by the Hastings Week Committee.
