The Hastings Foodbank continues to feed local people in crisis. Since April 2016, we have distributed 21,393 meals (9 meals per person in household for three days) to 2,377 people (this includes 887 children).

Over 14 tons of food has been donated by local people in Asda, Sainsburys, Tesco, school harvest festivals and Hastings Solidarity meetings, plus regular church donations. However, the food is distributed as quickly as it comes in. The Tesco Neighbourhood collection is vital in providing meals over the winter months — we’ll be at Tesco in Hollington 1-3 December for people to donate.
