In celebration of this most delicious berry, I’ve created a luscious and nutrilicious blend that is not only energising and loaded with antioxidants, it will also keep you ticking over nicely all morning (on account of the added nuts and chia seed protein powder).

To make this special blend, you will need:
1 punnet fresh strawberries
1 frozen banana
100g almonds
3 tsp chia seed powder
3 tblsp coconut milk
3 tblsp coconut nectar
300ml coconut water
Blend until creamy and serve over ice!
