If Chocolate Was A Person…
From where I come from we grow on trees and we are called cocoa.
I personally come from Trinidad and I am the finest trinitario cocoa you can find because I am the best and far from modest.
I was born from a delicate flower and when I was harvested with hundreds of cocoa pods, the farmers took thousands of cocoa beans to the fermentation boxes and the drying houses to help us become ready for Chocolate making.
I am Bean to Bar chocolate which means that I was roasted with care by an
artisan chocolatier who knows exactly how I grew and understands that cocoa is for chocolate what grapes are for wine.
