What a bounty of beauties we have here! These nutritious and healthy recipes not only look and taste amazing, they also pack a powerful nutritional punch to revive, restore and revitalise! 

Spicy Chickpea & Tahini Hummus

You will need:
1 can of chickpeas
3 tbsp of tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
Half a tsp each of ground cumin ground coriander and paprika
Half a crushed garlic clove
3 tbsp of olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
(Water to loosen the mixture of needed)

Food process all ingredients until smooth in texture.
Place a few toasted chickpeas, a sprinkling of paprika, some fresh coriander and a wedge
of lemon on top and you’re on your way to hummus heaven!

Raspberry & Peach Lassi

You will need:
1 punnet fresh raspberries
2 ripe peaches
100g almonds
3 tbsp coconut nectar
1 tsp maca powder
3 tbsp coconut milk
300 ml coconut water

Blend until creamy and luscious and serve over ice.
Adorn with a few fresh raspberries!
