airAlert (sic) is a service provided by the Sussex Air Quality Partnership (SAQP), to send free messages to subscribers notifying when poor air quality is predicted in their area of Sussex.

It’s targeted at people suffering from conditions such as asthma who may be adversely affected by air pollution, sending a warning 24 to 48 hours prior to an episode of elevated air pollution.

airAlert sends a voice or text message, email or app notification direct to you (via your mobile, home telephone, email, via webpages, or the airAlert app).

There is also a specialist version specifically for schools.

Register for free: then login for updates, changes, or to suspend or cancel the service.
