These delicious, fresh, juicy, chocolate-covered strawberries are simply divine! One of your 5-a-day? Yes indeed! Vegan chocolate? Oh yeah! They are a total crowd-pleaser and everyone can get in on the action. I’ve used strawberries here but you can use any fresh fruit that tickles your fancy – chopped banana and pineapple are also a riot on the old taste buds.

Simply melt a bar of vegan chocolate over a bain-marie, dunk in your fruit of choice and sprinkle with chopped nuts or desiccated coconut.
