3 ripe avos, juice of 2 limes, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 small red onion, bunch of fresh coriander, olive oil, salt & pepper to taste.

Mash avos with a fork, chop all other ingredients and add to avos. Squeeze in lime juice and season. Rustic, delicious and prepared in 5 minutes! What’s not to love?
