Town Centre Space Offers Public Art for Coastal Currents
Hastings Borough Council teamed up with Coastal Currents organiser Sweet and Dandy, who organised some amazing artists to add artwork to the hoardings in Harold Place.
The pedestrian side is the work of artist Etienne Le Comte, who takes inspiration from drawing, science fiction and 2000 AD comics. The road side features work by legendary street artist REQ, one of the UK’s most respected graffiti artists, while Hastings artist Drew Copus completes the trio who put their talents to the hoardings. The artwork forms part of the wider Coastal Currents festival.
