As a sufferer of Narcolepsy with Cataplexy, Sheryl Hall is running a FREE friendly community Art Workshop in the heart of Hastings Town Centre to raise awareness for Narcolepsy UK (registered Charity) and to help local people learn fun new thrifty skills to up-cycle their old footwear.

At the workshop, you will learn how to transform your old high-heels, boots, trainers and kids shoes into fun comic book couture! Apart from the old shoes, materials are supplied by Sheryl Hall. Crafters may also like to bring their own comic books if preferred. You can drop in at anytime of the day. Light snacks and refreshments will also provided. The venue has wheelchair access and children are also invited along to attend with their Parents/ Guardians. Narcolepsy UK have provided a donation box for those wishing to donate but it is not a requirement. Raising awareness for Narcolepsy UK, a registered charity, is a priority. We mustn’t forget sufferers of this debilitating and very mis-understood disability.
