Not only will there be no staff to oversee the scheme, the tiny number of staff left in Housing Renewal will have no hope of coping with everyday complaints let alone proactively enforcing selective license conditions.

Is this article saying that if the scheme is not renewed all the staff involved with that scheme leave in 6 months ? So who is going to enforce my licence and thousands of other licences that have probably been purchased in the last 1-2 years and therefore have 3-4 years left to run !! This is disgusting, you have conned me into purchasing a 5 year licence but after 9 months there will be no staff to oversee that scheme !! You are a disgrace Hastings Council.
