I can not believe what I have just read. I must be living in a parallel universe. I can not comment on other patients surgeries although I can't imagine they would be very different from mine, which is either the Beaconsfield Rd Surgery or The Hill Surgery or sometimes Fairlight Rd Surgery and now Ore Clinic Surgery so take your pick. Not only can we not see the same Doctor more than once we never know what surgery we might have to attend. Actually seeing the same Doctor more than once is less of a problem now because you have more chance of attending Buckingham Palace to collect your Knighthood than actually seeing a Doctor nowadays. Best you can hope for is to see a nurse or if you are lucky an Advanced Nursing Practitioner. I requested an appointment with a Doctor on Friday 27th March 2026 and received a call back advising I could get a call back from a Doctor on Tuesday 1st April 2026.Oh how this modern world with modern technology is making all our lives so much better.

I have been on hold for 30+ minutes to speak with the Old Town Surgery to make an appointment. This is unacceptable. Dr Namvar's reaction to the criticism reveals how out of touch he is with the poor services he provides.

So the manager at Warrior Square decides that not permitting the patient see a doctor of choice is more profitable.

So we are really down to profits are we.

Oh for the days of Dr Pam and Dr Shepherd. Real doctors sadly missed. Warrior Square, you are a disgrace. You should hang your heads in shame. I hope for your sake you don't need to rely on Warrior Square. On the other hand, you will at least get the service YOU deserve. More profitable - disgusting.

The answer by dr Namvah of. Warrior Squre St Leonards is as expected, another practice in the same chain ie the Old Town Surgery at the Ice house Rock an ore rd in Hastings is also abysmal , never see the same Doctor twice if your lucky enough to see one , no monitoring whatsoever , I insisted on a blood test after a year, to check my blood levels and now have Anaemia which led to me now being diagnosed with Colon Cancer. I have already made a complaint and left negative review on there Web a Site . Unfortately I have been unable to find another Practice willing to take patients on whilst Covid is still around so am now having to stay where I am.
