					<description><![CDATA[Thank you for a very interesting and thoughtfully written article Sam. You’ve expressed my own concerns in a way I wish I could have. 

It is such a difficult topic and yes, it’s far too easy for people in a squeeze to label and blame newcomers for the negative changes you’ve listed which really aren’t their fault at all. It’s a trap you can accidentally blunder into by simply expressing, as I often instinctively and uncontrollably do when just asking people to be a bit careful when stating that “Things are so much better...”. I’m a hand wringer. 

I pity all new comers, high up or low down, for this burden of blame and studiously avoid using any of those terms. Apart from the inevitable spat, and my weight problems, I can only really see benefits for the town with our new locals.
